Cork Supply South Africa (CSSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of two additional professionals to our team of impassioned, quality-driven closure and oak experts.

Hanneli van der Merwe comes to us with a PhD in Oenology from the University of Stellenbosch. Charged with driving continuous improvements in CSSA's already best-in-class Quality Assurance systems, Ms. van der Merwe will also spearhead CSSA's Nomasense® oxygen analysis - including the launch of our new O2 in Wine oxygen management program. Given the scope of her talents, we are excited to leverage Hanneli's technical winemaking knowledge and skills to raise even higher the level of our customer service. Hanneli just recently returned from Australia, where she attended the 14th Australian Wine Industry Technical Conference and received additional training from our Nomacorc® and oak teams at Cork Supply Australia.

Joining our sales team is Willie Stofberg, a qualified winemaker who's enjoyed successful winemaking stints at several respected wineries since 1998. Willie comes to us with a great deal of experience in his field and an even greater familiarity with, and appreciation for, the region and people he will be serving - as it's the very place where he's always lived, made wine and called home. Willie will offer our customers his full service and support for CSSA's complete range of closures and oak products.
